Responsible Gambling Policy
We take responsible gambling seriously and are committed to keeping play safe and controlled for everyone. Our approach is practical and player-focused: we provide clear tools and guidance so you can manage your account, set sensible limits and step away when gambling stops being fun. If you ever need help, contact our team via live chat or email [email protected].
Player protection principles
We follow straightforward principles to protect customers: minimise harm, encourage informed choices and intervene when behaviour suggests risk. We expect all players to gamble responsibly and provide transparent information about account controls, verification and cooling-off options. Our staff are trained to respond quickly to requests related to safer play.
Activity-control tools
You can use a range of on-site tools to manage how you play. These are available in your Account settings and can be changed at any time, subject to any verified self-exclusion or cooling-off period that may be in place.
What you can set
- Deposit limits: daily, weekly and monthly caps to control how much you add to your account.
- Loss limits: limits on net losses over chosen periods so you can manage financial risk.
- Session timers and reminders: alerts that prompt you to take a break during a session.
- Time-outs and temporary breaks: short pauses from play ranging from 24 hours up to several months.
Deposit limits
Deposit limits help you control spending by restricting how much you can add to your account. You can choose daily, weekly or monthly limits in Account settings. Changes that increase limits may be subject to a delay; decreases take effect immediately. If you want a higher limit removed faster, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
Loss limits
Loss limits cap how much you can lose over a set period. They are applied to net losses and can be adjusted downwards instantly. If you reach a loss limit, play will be blocked until the next period or until you choose to lower the limit period.
Time limits
Set session time limits and receive reminders when you reach them. You can also activate automatic session log-outs or set mandatory breaks after a specified play time to help maintain control and prevent extended sessions.
Self-exclusion
If you need to stop gambling for a while, you can self-exclude from your account for periods from several months up to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion we will block access, close promotional contact and suspend marketing. To arrange self-exclusion, use Account settings or contact [email protected]. We will also explain how to withdraw any remaining balance.
Signs of problematic behaviour
Look out for warning signs such as chasing losses, spending more than intended, neglecting work or relationships, borrowing money to gamble, or hiding activity. If you or someone close to you shows these signs, consider using our controls and seeking help.
Tips for maintaining control
Set realistic budgets, use deposit and loss limits, take regular breaks and keep gambling a form of entertainment rather than a way to make money. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose and avoid gambling when stressed or under the influence of alcohol.
Professional help and support organisations
If you need extra support, contact recognised UK organisations such as GamCare and GambleAware, or speak to your GP for a referral. For immediate guidance, these charities provide helplines, counselling and practical advice on safer gambling. You do not have to face it alone.
